1. Using the platform
You agree to use the platform lawfully, protect your account credentials, and avoid misuse of community, course, and project areas.
2. Memberships and access
Certain features require an active plan or approved access level. Feature availability may change as the platform evolves.
3. Content and conduct
You remain responsible for the posts, replies, submissions, and project content you share, and we may moderate content that violates platform rules.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with security or infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape restricted materials, upload malicious code, or use the services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive to other users or our operations.
5. User Content
You remain responsible for the content you submit, post, or share through the platform, including community posts, replies, projects, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and manage that content in connection with operating the services. We may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or platform standards.
6. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. The services are provided on an as-available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we may update the date on this page and take reasonable steps to notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
